Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Who we are. Resolute Investor Club is a brand of EquiDeFi Ltd. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means EquiDeFi Ltd. Resolute Investor Club is not a separate legal entity.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through resoluteinvestorclub.com and through email we send under the Resolute Investor Club name, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can stop hearing from us.

How we obtained your email address

If you received an email from Resolute Investor Club without having signed up on this website, you are receiving it because you previously registered as an investor on the EquiDeFi platform at equidefi.com. Resolute Investor Club is a brand of EquiDeFi Ltd., the same company that operates that platform. We are not a third party who purchased or rented your information, and we do not buy email lists.

If you signed up through the form on this website, we have your information because you gave it to us directly.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Cookies and your choice

We use two kinds of cookies, and we treat them differently.

You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site in your browser, which will cause us to ask again on your next visit. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies generally, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

What we do with it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes described in this policy:

We may also share information with our affiliates, meaning entities that control us, are controlled by us, or are under common control with us. Any affiliate receiving your information is required to honor this policy.

We may disclose personal information where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from a public authority, to protect our rights or property, to investigate possible wrongdoing, to protect the personal safety of others, or to protect against legal liability. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred; we will provide notice before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

How to stop receiving email from us

Every commercial email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from our sending list. Most email clients also display a native unsubscribe option next to the sender name, which does the same thing.

You may also write to [email protected] and ask to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly and in any event within the timeframe required by law.

Opting out of commercial email does not prevent us from contacting you about a transaction you have entered into, or where we are otherwise required to reach you.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national law, including the right to know what information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will not charge you a different price or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so — including, notably, a record that you asked not to be contacted, which we must keep in order to keep from contacting you.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and as long as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the site, or where we are legally obligated to retain it longer.

Where your information is processed

Your information is processed at our operating offices and at the facilities of the service providers listed above. This may mean your information is transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By submitting information to us, you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this policy.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site and our emails may link to websites we do not operate, including issuer websites and offering platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "last updated" date above. Where the change is material, we will provide notice by email or by a prominent notice on the site before it takes effect. Review this page periodically.
